Locum Source is assisting two CTC clincs in Northern, PA that is looking for an Addiction Medicine prover to assist with part time coverage starting December 17, 2018. Enjoy the flexibility of a part time opportunity without the full time contract!

DATES: December 17 – ongoing until permanent physician is hired

SCHEDULE: 4, part time days

7 am – 11 pm

OR

2 full time days

6 am – 2 pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Will cover at two clinics, 40 minutes from each other

Nurse will handle calls when clinics are closed

Will be solo provider for clinics

REQUIREMENTS: Must be local to the PA area, have suboxone waiver for 35, Board Eligible/Certified, Active PA license

Locum Source will cover the cost of your travel and malpractice insurance for the work you do through us.
