Wellness Integrative Medicine and Age Management Physician needed near the Downtown San Francisco area. Prestigious Surgery Center is looking for an experienced Family practice or General Practice or Emergency Physician to join their group. Great locations available in the San Francisco market. Job details:
- A4M Society-Certified and Modules completed a plus
- Minimum 5 years’ experience Private Practice
- Experience with Bio-identical Hormone Replacement Therapy, IV Therapy and Weight Loss Condition required
- 5 days per week with possible travel to desirable San Francisco county locations
- 15 Days of PTO (Vacation, Sick Time, CME Time)
