Full time or Part time Hospital employed Addiction Medicine Physician need in Montana. Seeking a BC/BE Addiction Medicine Physician to join a growing practice of inpatient and outpatient services. There is currently one employed Psychiatrist and 5 PMHNPs who are excited to welcome a new physician partner specializing in addictions. There are also 3 outpatient psychiatrists (1 specializing in addictions) and a PMHNP in the community for additional support and collaboration. This is an employed position with and you will work with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals in order to care for individuals with addictive disorders as well as those with psychiatric comorbidity. Clinical work will include pharmacotherapy and may include other behavioral treatments such as group-, individual-, couples-, and/or hospital-based interventions using empirically-supported interventions for substance abuse, and common co-occurring disorders and problems. There is opportunity to expand practice into areas of desired interest; candidates must be BE/BC in Addictions Medicine. There is a full time or part time permanent opening and there are flexible scheduling options! Generally, the hours are M–F 8:00–5:00 pm but the facility will consider 4 day work weeks. The call obligation is 2nd call (taken from home) and shared with other psychiatrists. The 1st call is always taken by PMHNP Hospitalists.
