Locum Source is currently working with a CTC outpatient clinic near Louisville, KY, that is seeking family medicine, internal medicine, psych, or addiction medicine providers to assist with intakes and physicals. If you are interested in learning more, please apply to learn more.
Dates & Schedule
August 28 – December 8, 2023
Mondays & Thursdays, 6 am – 2:30 pm
Details:
CTC outpatient clinic
Physician will provide in house med management of Methadone and Subutex
Primary needed for intakes (0-6 per week) and physicals
Average of 5-6 patients per day
Support staff includes 2 LPNs
EMR is SMART
Requirements:
Board Certified
Active Kentucky license
Suboxone X waiver
Local candidate - preferred
