Requirements:

Specialty: Physical pain and rehab, addiction medicine

Certifications: BC/BE

License: Arkansas
Education: MD/DO

Facility details:

M-F no call, holidays or weekends

Clinic days and procedure days

Very high volume

Suboxone waiver is a plus

Anesthesiology or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physicians Only

Fellowship in pain management is a requirement

Salary details:

Base 450k salary, WRVS goals that step up the pay annually.
