Job Title: Family Medicine – Addiction, Internal Medicine – Addiction
– Schedule Type: Deferred Schedule
– Requisition Start Date: 06/13/2022
– Requisition End Date: 06/24/2022
– Hours: 5am-1:30pm
– On Call: No
– Trauma Level: No Trauma
– Board: Preferred Board Certified
Description / Comment:
– Addiction med clinic needs a locum to work the weeks of June 13th and June 20th, 3 days each week (flexible on which days).
– The schedule for a physician would be 5am-1:30pm. We could be flexible with the end time each day.
– We would prefer a Physician with an x waiver but we could manage without if necessary.
– We do treat with both methadone and suboxone at our facility.
– The locum will see approximately 15 patients per day. If the Physician does not have an x waiver this number would be lower.
– The locum would be the solo provider on site.
– We use the EMR Methasoft
– Physician would complete the H and Ps.
