Locum Source is working with an Addiction Medicine Clinic that is in need of coverage 3 days a week the week of June 13th and June 20th.
DATES:
As soon as credentialed – June 30, 2022
SCHEDULE:
Weeks of June 13th and June 20th
3 days each week (flexible times and days)
5am-1:30pm
SETTING:
CTC Outpatient
Average of 15 patients per day
Adult demographic
The site prescribes both Methadone and Suboxone
EMR is SMART
REQUIREMENTS:
Board Certified
Active Indiana license
X waiver - preferred
BENEFITS:
Travel, housing, and malpractice insurance will be covered
