Our corporate office is searching for a Marketing Coordinator to provide support in maintaining our brand for all creative projects including collateral, social media and web, as well as helps to manage any external marketing events.

Essential Functions:

  1. Maintain social media presence, including daily monitoring, posting, scheduling and reporting updates on social media such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, etc.
  2. Reviews website, marketing collateral and social media sites to ensure that our brand and messaging is consistent.
  3. Facilitates collection of information and internal reviews or all marketing related collateral pieces and social media posts.
  4. Assists in helping create marketing materials, email messaging and Power point slides.
  5. Assists with planning special projects, campaigns or events.
  6. Assist in the ordering, stocking and inventory of marketing promotional materials.
  7. Assist in coordinating and distributing collateral materials together for any specific campaigns or marketing initiatives.
  8. Provides general administrative support to the Business Development department.

Experience:

Excellent communication and organizational skills and ability to work independently. 1+ year of social media/digital marketing experience in a workplace setting. One year of graphic design experience strongly preferred. Proficient in Microsoft products and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred
