Family Medicine Faculty physicians needed for a teaching position in Greater NYC:

-Primarily outpatient service at the hospital-based clinical center

-6 weeks per year of inpatient teaching rotation

-Inpatient teaching service consists of rounds with FM residents, there is no ob work done at the hospital so no c-section attendance, newborn rounds etc.

-While on teaching service may take calls for admissions only, residents do not admit without attending

-4 clinical sessions per week of outpatient, rest on teaching service

-Dedicated administrative time

-Academic appointment and faculty title

Employed position with competitive compensation plan and benefits (health, dental, vision, disability), retirement plan, expenses for license/dues/CME, generous PTO plan, paid medical malpractice including tail coverage.

NY State license, DEA, CSR (active or applied preferred) but not required
Residency training in Family Medicine
Bilingual language skills in Spanish preferred but not required
