An Internal Medicine Residency program in south Alabama is looking for an Internist to join their medical education faculty.
You will be responsible for teaching and supervising Internal Medicine interns and residents during years 1-3 of their training. The facility serves a diverse patient population including all adult age groups and ethnic groups.
This is a fulltime position with a program that has around 13 residents a year.
Faculty physician to resident ration is 1:4
Physician will be responsible for preparing and delivering occasional lectures

- Physician must be Internal Medicine Residency trained and BC in IM
- Ideal candidate will possess 3-5 yrs experience practicing outpatient IM post-residency training
- Enthusiasm for teaching and leading physicians
- Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm work schedule
- No weekend, holiday, or call requirements
