Hospital is seeking applications for full-time board-certified Family Medicine physicians for twelve-month, non-tenure earning faculty position. Primary duties will include attending on the hospital family medicine service, attending and direct patient care in the ambulatory care clinic, and in local long term care facilities. Administrative duties will be minimal. While opportunities for research will be available, it is not a requirement of the position

Hospital features 18 postpartum beds, 6 labor and delivery suites, a C-Section suite and a level 2 nursery. There is a 1: 2 nurse to patient ratio for this service line. This service utilizes Centricity monitoring and the Cuddles Security System for its patients. The medical staff consists of more than 75 physicians serving 22 medical specialties.
Within 1 hour of Montgomery and 90 minutes to Birmingham, AL. Quaint, small town with an abundance of family, outdoor and cultural activities.
