- Hours : Outpatient Clinic 8a-4:30p
- The Locums is the primary Physician in the Clinic so Solo; Medical Director of the Hospital does ½ day clinic per week
- Call 1:2 (Weekly Call rotation between Physicians)
- Privileging
- Privileging with Pacific Permanente & Maui Memorial Medical Center
- Timeframe : Estimated 90 Days – Will concurrently complete while license being processed
- Committee Dates : Meet Monthly

- EMR System : Current Paper Charting but converting to EPIC EMR late 2019
- Clinic Practices – Clinic is located in Kula – wonderful place to live. Upcountry weater is cool and the area is primarly rural/agricultural with suburban pockets. Very friendly, close knit community. Kula is 45 minutes from the main business and shopping areas of Wailuku and Kahului.

- Patient Age Range : All ages – 50% Adults, 30% Peds, 20% Geriatrics
- Typical Caseload – Estimated 16-18 Patients per day
- Typical Cases & Procedures : Standard Primary Care Coverage
