Optimum is collaborating with a reputable client in central New York that is looking to hire an experienced Board Certified or Eligible ENT Physician for their outpatient practice. This is an excellent opportunity for providers to bring their skills to a growing practice and enjoy a healthy work-life balance. About the Opportunity:
• Schedule: 4 or 4.5-day work week; 8a-5p
• Call requirements: 1:10 weekdays + weekends
• Daily patient census: 20-30
• Leadership potential
• Base salary: $450k + $10k in relocation
• RVU model where providers can make upwards of $500k
• CMEs: 5 days and $3k + loan assistance

• ABOHNS Board Certified or Eligible
