Dr.
Our family health center is located in Southeast Iowa is looking for (2) FM Physician to join our Family Practice team. We incorporate the benefit of having family, friends and community nearby to bring together high quality, affordable primary care.
Organization:
- Community Health Center
- Outpatient only, 15-18 patients per day - No Call
- 4-day work week
- Physician supported by 2 NP, 3 PA and RN Care Manager
- EMR: NextGen
- Billing handled for providers
- Visa Candidates welcome
Financials:
- Up to $250,000 + production
- Retention bonus
- Relocation up to $10,000
- CME reimbursement $5,000
- PTO 6.2 weeks
- Benefits 80% covered by employer
