The Primary Care Physician will provide services supporting a continuum of care from preventative to diagnosis and treatment, to appropriate referral and follow up.

Hours: VA Business Hours
M-F 730 am- 530 pm- 8 Hour Shifts
to include Federal Holidays

Location: Veterans Affairs, Pueblo, CO

Requirements:
Graduate from accredited School of Medicine/Osteopathic Medicine with distinction of MD or DO
Possess Current, Full, Unrestricted Medical License to practice
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
Possess current DEA registration
Possess current BLS
Ability to provide copies of required documentation
Ability to complete favorable clinical privileging
Ability to complete favorable Background and Security Check
