We are seeking a Full-Time Physician to provide extended hours care in Lake Success, NY. Facility is open 5pm - 12am M-F and 8am - 12am Sat/Sun. Schedule can be designed on a case by case basis. Per Diem opportunities also available!

Qualifications
- M.D. degree; completed an accredited internship and residency.
- Board Certified or Eligibility in family medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds
- NYS Physician License
- Must be comfortable treating patients across the lifespan
- Must be comfortable with minor procedures such as suturing, splinting, etc.
