A core faculty member position as Director of Primary Care is available with our clients Internal Medicine Residency Program.

- Teaching attending inpatient 4 months/year
- Core Curriculum Lectures 1 per month
Curriculum development and implementation, including but not limited to
- Primary Care
- Preventive medicine
- Managed care
- Legal aspects, risk management
- Quality assurance
- Pain management
- Adolescent medicine
- Women’s Health
- Men’s Health
- Evidence Based Medicine
- High Value Care Series from ACP
- Interviewing, applicant selection
- Resident evaluation including Clinical Competency Committee, Mini-CEX, chart reviews
- Medical Clinic
- Precept 4-5 days per week
- Supervise other preceptors
- Facilitate efficient functioning
- Coordinate Performance Improvement projects by residents and ensure the completion of at least one project per Academic year
- Develop a pool of per diem preceptors
- Educational Modules- Hopkins PEAC and Caring with Compassion
- Supervise and monitor the use of educational modules
- Choose modules to use in program
- Review results of PGY-1 OSCE’s and use them for teaching and resident performance improvement
- Resident mentoring and remediation
- Mentor 4 residents, of whom 1 or 2 will be on remediation
- Assist Program Director and Associate PD as needed
- Development and implementation of Milestones and EPAs
- Others as needed

- Oversee educational experience in outpatient settings
- Core curriculum development in the Ambulatory settings
- Site visits to office practices used for rotations
- Regular faculty development for Clinic and Office preceptors
Full time position - Salary $180,000
