Mercy Medical Center– North Iowa in Mason City, Iowa has an opportunity for a board certified/eligible Family Medicine provider to join the Faculty at Mercy Family Medicine Residency!

• Program consists of 4.5 faculty members, 1 FNP, and up to 18 residents

• The position will be approximately 35% clinical & 65% academic

• 1 week of inpatient only call coverage per month, with a 3rd year resident taking 1st call

• OB experience is strongly preferred

QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of a medical/osteopathic medical school is required. Demonstrated competency as a physician by completion of an appropriate residency program; board certified or board eligible. Must be able to obtain Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa medical staff privileges. Above average communication skills. Ability to work with a team. Licensed or eligible for State of Iowa physician license; Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate.
