NP or PA who prefers to practice in the specialty of Wound Care and enjoys a comfortable work-life balance in a community of about 26,000 residents.
NP or PA will be the only Wound Care Provider. Wound Care and Ostomy Certified Professional preferred. ACLS required.
Training in Wound Care, Ostomy, and ACLS will be provided if necessary. Experience with wounds, on surgical floor, or on medical floor preferred.
When fully trained and functioning primarily independently, the anticipated work locations will be: some nursing home visits, hospital inpatient consults, and 20% in the wound clinic.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently with the collaborating physician available remotely by phone.
Typical M-F daytime hours!!
Wound Care experience preferred but NEW GRADS are welcome to apply!
