Office Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. / No Call, No Weekends Required. Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) position is open for the New Vascular and Wound Center. Job Description Details: North Iowa in Mason City has an excellent opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join brand new Vascular and Wound Center, which recently opened July 2016. The practice is currently staffed with 2 Physicians and 1 advanced practice provider. ● Only outpatient clinic patients. Wounds patients, debridement's, skin substitutes, wraps. ● EMR: Cerner About the Wound Center: The Vascular and Wound Center consists of the hospitals two Hyperbaric Chambers and all other wound care equipment and staff in one centralized space. Hyperbaric OxygenTherapy (HBOT) is one of several advance wound care modalities provided at our wound center. In addition, we utilize bio-engineered skin substitutes, negative pressure therapy and off-loading to provide an optimal healing environment. The Wound Center is an outpatient program that focuses on chronic and non-healing wounds. Using advanced treatment modalities and a case management model, we help patients improve the quality of their lives.
