We are seeking an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Nurse Practitioner with Wound care/Ostomy experience to join our brand new Vascular and Wound Center. You will be part of a team consisting of Physicians, Nurse Practitioner and support team!

This is a full time M-F 8am-5pm No Weekends and No Call!

Duties/Responsivities: The Vascular and Wound Center consists of the two Hyperbaric Chambers and all other wound care equipment and staff in one centralized space. The Wound Center is an outpatient program that focuses on chronic and non-healing wounds. Using advanced treatment modalities and a case management model, we help patients improve the quality of their lives. In partnership with physicians, nurses and multiple medical disciplines, we provide invaluable care for patients.

* The WOCN (Wound Ostomy Care Nurse certification preferred!
