Salary 120,000- 140,000 and Bonus

current CA licensed PA-C or APRN who has or is willing to train and certify with ultrasound guided intra-articular injections. Regenerative medicine experience or interest (PRP, Stem Cell, also trigger point). Has experience furnishing bracing and other DME. Has worked in functional medicine, rehab, or multidisciplinary offices.

We prefer the Physician Assistant (PA-C) Nurse Practitioner (NP) to have experience in joint injection and Trigger point injections but willing to train as well. The ideal Physician Assistant (PA-C) Nurse Practitioner (NP) will Perform exams, evaluate clinical data, consult with our MD and team, order appropriate tests and provide accurate and useful diagnostic information, patient education, documentation and help direction for the management of the patient's care.

Physician Assistant (PA-C) Nurse Practitioner (NP) with an orthopedic/ Physical Med and Rehab or Pain mang background will be preferred.
