- Must have active state license
- BC required
- Weekdays, Weekends, Days
- BLS needed and must have experience with peds and adults
- Up to 40 patients per day depending on location, must be able to see all patients as solo provider
- I&D, laceration repair, ear irrigation and other minor procedures
- DEA needed
