A hospital in California is looking for a physician assistant of cardiovascular and thoracic surgery to provide locum tenens coverage for approximately three months, beginning in July 2020, with the possibility to be extended. Typically, the provider can expect to be a first assistant during pump heart cases, round in the ICU, and perform chest closings. The provider will work from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and call coverage. This facility uses Epic EMR and provides training.
