- Must have active state license
- BC required
- Weekdays, Nights
- ACLS and BLS required and must have 2 years of neurosurgery experience
- Mix of adult (90%), peds (10%), and trauma (25%), must be able to see peds
- Cardiovascular, endovascular, tumors, neuroendocrine surgery, VP Shunt, thoracic, lumbar, & more
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
