Highly successful neurosurgery program in Denver, Colorado is seeking an experienced physician assistant to join their team! Ideal candidates will have at least 1-2 years of neurosurgery experience, or experience in another surgical specialty such as orthopedic surgery, spine surgery, or trauma surgery. Responsibilities:

• Full-time permanent position - Neurosurgery
• Monday-Friday schedule
• Approximately 50/50 split between OR and clinic
• Work one-on-one with a fellowship trained neurosurgeon
• First-assist in the OR on spinal and cranial cases
• See patients pre-op and post-op in clinic
• Occasional hospital rounding
• On-call schedule - 1 week per month

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in neurosurgery or another relevant surgical specialty
• Ability to obtain Colorado Physician Assistant License
• DEA License
• BLS/ACLS
