A clinic in Alaska is seeking an orthopedic surgery physician assistant who can provide locum tenens coverage for approximately six months from the beginning of August to early February with a possible extension. On a typical day, the provider can expect to see 20 patients aged two and up for orthopedics, spine, and total knee cases, follow-ups, and post-ops. The locum will work from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. plus 2:4 weekend call coverage. This facility uses the Athena Health EMR and will provide training.
