**Advanced Practice Cardiothoracic Surgery opening in Pennsylvania** Located in Harrisburg, PA 80 Miles to Baltimore, MD 105 Miles to Philadelphia, PA Position Details: - 14 shifts/month block scheduling - No call - 19 bed closed unit - Triage, admissions and consultation of patients directed to the intensive care unit - Actively co-manages critically ill patients including ventilator management, initiation of vasoactive medications, management of shock syndromes, acute myocardial infarction, arrhythmias, bleeding disorders, sepsis, postoperative patients and other cardiac disorders - Support from a full range of specialists - System-wide EPIC EMR Professional Skills: - Graduate of accredited CRNP or PA program - Ability to work autonomously - Two years of experience working within inpatient or critical care setting - Experience in airway management, central and arterial line cannulation, and ultrasound preferred - Current ACLS certification - Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate patient care - Team oriented with ability to provide personalized patient care and demonstrate positive clinical outcomes Benefits: - Competitive compensation package - Health, life and disability insurance - Medical malpractice insurance - Defined contribution plan; 403(b) plan with employer match - Professional dues and CME allowance Hospital System is nationally recognized leader in providing high-quality, patient-centered health care services in central Pennsylvania and surrounding rural communities.
