Frye Regional Medical Center, a 350-bed facility in Hickory, NC- 53 mi from Charlotte, is seeking an experienced Cardiovascular Surgery Physician Assistant/First Assist to join an employed practice- Frye Care Physician Network and work with our Cardiovascular Surgeons. The experienced PA will enjoy working in the inpatient/OR and outpatient settings.

Specific training requirements include endoscopic vein harvesting and endoscopic radial artery harvest, insert / remove chest tubes, central venous access placement, arterial line placement, balloon pump removal, assist with operative cases including CABG, AVR, MVR, Aortic dissection, Aortic aneurysm repair, ECMO cannulation, etc.
