Tenet Healthcare and Doctors Medical Center of Modesto are seeking a Physician Assistant to join our Cardiovascular Surgery Department!

Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, the Physician Assistant, under the supervision of the surgeon, performs advanced diagnostic and therapeutic tasks related to surgery and trauma. Acts as a first or second assistant in surgery. Participates in pre and post-operative patient care. Complies with all appropriate safety and infection control standards. Participates in quality assessment and continuous quality improvement/performance improvement activities.

DMC is a STEMI receiving center, chest pain center and Level II Trauma center. We offer full range and advanced cardiac services and have performed over 21,000 open heart surgeries.

Requirements:

• Completed of accredited Physician Assistant program
• Active or pending CA license
• BLS/ACLS

$72.00 - $115.21
Wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an employee’s qualifications, experience and personal productivity.
