Open to new grads!! We have to have a backup perfusionist in house for every case, so for a new grad, there will always be someone there with that person, and they can progress at their own pace. Over 1000 cases/year between our two systems (candidate has the choice to choose between the two!). 15 ECMO cases/year. No transplants!
