Our client in the Charlotte, North Carolina area is seeking an experienced physician assistant to join their thriving radiology private practice! Candidates must have at least one year of experience in radiology or interventional radiology to be considered for this position. Apply today!

Responsibilities:

• Full-time position Monday-Friday 8 AM to 5 PM

• Venous access device placement and removal (ports, tunneled and non-tunneled central lines), thoracentesis, paracentesis, image-guided lumbar punctures with and without chemo administration

• Perform clinical consultations, patient histories and physicals

• Provide patient care as a member of an interdisciplinary team, working with many specialists to coordinate and optimize patient care

• Perform minor surgical procedures

• Prescribes oral and IV medications when appropriate

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program

• Active North Carolina Physician Assistant License

• Active DEA License

• Active BLS and ACLS.

• At least one year of experience in radiology or interventional radiology required
