Seeking an experienced Mid-Level Provider (one year of Pulmonology) to join a group practice providing quality patient care

Outpatient position conducting visits in the clinic, SNF and hospital

Order, perform and interpret diagnostic testing

Create treatment plans and initiate appropriate specialty referrals

Collaborate on improvement in care delivery and service with physicians
