Great opportunity for a highly motivated Clinical Pharmacy Manager to lead clinical pharmacy providers and teammates to achieve high quality patient outcomes in an ambulatory care clinic. This is a full-time position with variable hours between 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday – Friday (Five – 8-hour days). No weekends or call.
Job Summary:
Manage clinical pharmacists, pharmacy interns, and pharmacy support personnel. Develop and expand clinical pharmacy programs to achieve high quality outcomes and provide excellent patient care within high-risk populations. Ensure clinicians and systems are aligned for medications to be prescribed in an appropriate, safe, and cost-effective manner. Collaborate with primary care and specialty practitioners to provide team-based care and clinical medication education.
Education: The strongest applicant will be PharmD, residency trained or 3-5 years of clinical experience. Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
