Seeking a registered nurse Practitioner who provides ongoing assessment, planning, intervention, treatment and evaluation for REACH patients seeking care for psychiatric/mental health/behavioral problems and/or substance abuse. . Clinical oversight of REACH Youth Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Program serving ages 5-17, also performing psychiatric evaluation and diagnosis based on evaluation. Registered Nurse with Master's Degree in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing is required. Child or life span certification or equivalent is also required as well as expertise in Phychopamacology Minimum 3 to 5 years clinical experience related to Psychiatric/Mental Health nursing. Certified as a Licensed Independent Practitioner (LIP) in the State of Connecticut.
