Hospital is seeking an experienced Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our Astoria Primary Care Clinic.
Join established outpatient clinic where you will partner with Primary Care providers and Clinical Social Workers to bring behavioral health support to our Primary Care Clinic. clinic offers a beautiful work environment where you will be able to work with patients of all ages with a range of mental health and substance use disorders.
Requirements:
- Successful completion of an accredited Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program.
- Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification.
- A minimum of two years of experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
- Must have or acquire an unrestricted state of Oregon license.
- Possess a current, valid, unrestricted drug enforcement administration (DEA) number with an x-designation.
