**APP - Psychiatry opportunity: Hillsboro, MO**~ Located 45m to St. Louis*Psychiatry NP or PA needed for Behavioral Health Clinic***Position Details**- Full-time w/ a flexible schedule if desired- Permanent- Employed- Available for in office and some telehealth- Work with adult population. Experience with children/adolescents is a plus.- Experience with an FQHC would be a plus!- Strong support with treatment team consisting of psychiatrist, case managers, therapists, medical assistants and office associates**Job Perks**- No nights, no weekends, no call- Eligibility for HRSA loan repayment**Job Description**- Provide excellent quality psychiatric care to those persons experiencing significant mental illness; persons experiencingsubstance use disorders and seeking treatment and those experiencing co-occurring disorders; - Provide medication management, medical monitoring with patients. - Provide education and consultation to treatment team members in conjunction with staff psychiatrists and medical director. - Full treatment team participation is expected for comprehensive service delivery.**Requirements**- 3 years experience preferred**Benefits**- Medical, vision, dental, HSA w/ employer contribution- Long and short term disability- 3 weeks PTO to start and earn up to 6 weeks- 8 paid holidays- 403B retirement plan with 4% match- Life insurance- Malpractice: 100% covered by FTCA- $2500 for CME and 32 hours- $1000 Stipend available- Loan Repayment- Performance bonus eligible**About the Group**Medical Group is an FQHC (Non-Profit), established in 1973.
