• 40 hours per week guaranteed
• Premium pay for approved hours in excess 40 hrs/wk - *schedule dependent
• Manage a caseload of 10-15 patients per day
  • Rounding – care team model
  • Psych PA’s to assist with admissions
• Will provide Wisconsin license
• 2-week paid orientation & EHR training
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Board-Certified is required; Board-Eligible if within 2 years of training
