Local psychiatrist is seeking a PMH-NP to work the outpatient and inpatient setting to care for patients on our behavioral health unit to implement plan of care at Lake Cumberland Regional in Somerset, KY. In collaboration with physician you would gather patient history, perform clinical assessment and examination, interpret diagnostic studies, plan treatment and coordinate care with member of the care team. Responsible for timely documentation and follow-up. Desired candidate would have behavioral health experience.
This is an employment opportunity with full benefits. Qualified applicants must have completed and graduated from an accredited Masters program and have a valid NP license. Preferred candidate would have completed a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner degree from an accredited program.
