Place of Performance: Lebanon VA Medical Center, 1700 South Lincoln Avenue, Lebanon, PA 17042
Period of Performance: One year plus starting January 2, 2019
Schedule: Normal working hours are Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays, between 8:00am-4:30pm. Due to expanding clinical needs evening hours may be required. On-call coverage on Saturday’s and Sunday’s will be required on a rotating basis.

Requirements:

• NCCPA Certification OR ANA Certification as an NP
• Master’s degree in either a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Studies
• Valid and unrestricted license to practice medicine in any US state or territory
• BLS and ACLS Certification
• DEA registration
