VeloSource has a locum tenens Psychiatry opportunity open to both Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants just outside Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

- Mon through Friday 8a-4:30p with 1 weekend per month on call | Inpatient, Onsite

- Must have PA license, Controlled Sub, and DEA

- Board Certified, Board Eligible

- Minimum Years Experience: 1

- M-F | 8a-4:30p | Call 1-2 Weekends per month

- 24hr Weekend Call: Sat - Sun | 8a-8a

- Typical Day: 8a-12p Morning rounding in hospital and afternoon 1P - 4:30P is clinic. Call would be 1-2 weekends per month shared with an additional provider 8a-8a Sat/Sun.

- Provider will work solo

- Provider must be able to prescribe medicine

- Support: 1 additional Psychiatrist, social workers, and counselors

- AVG Admissions while on call: 3-5 per day

- Call would be 1 - 2 weekends per month shared with another provider

- Patient mix: 80% Adults (General adult psych cases) | 20% Peds

- EMR: Meditech and E Clinical Works
