Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center seeks a Physician Assistant to join three surgeons and three physician assistants in a well-established plastic and hand surgery practice. Our practice offers a wide range of services for treatment of general and reconstructive hand and wrist problems, as well as general, reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery services. In addition, our practice provides a Breast Reconstruction Clinic and works closely with our Surgical Weight Loss surgeons and patients, providing body contouring to patients who have achieved massive weight loss.

Responsibilities include first assist in the Operating Room, hospital rounds, providing post-op care and office based follow-up care. Call schedule is 1 in 5 and will be for primarily hand surgeries. Must be licensed to practice in the State of Maine, or immediately eligible for the same. Surgical experience, especially in plastics, strongly preferred.
