Pediatric Advanced Practice Provider Opportunity SW Oregon
Premier single specialty Pediatric group currently comprised of 8 physicians and one Pediatric Nurse Practitioner seeks experienced Advanced Practice Provider. PNPs, FNPs with focused Pediatric practice experience and Pediatric PAs will be considered. Desirable western Oregon small metro location.
32 hours a week
11:00 a.m. - 7: 00 p.m. three evenings a week and one day shift 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
No call
25-30 patients a day, mainly acute care, some well care
Competitive base salary with outstanding production bonus.
112 hours of PTO for the 1st year (sick, vacation and holidays included)
144 hours of PTO for year 2 - 5
176 of PTO every year over 5 years of service
CME $1500 a year
Malpractice insurance, license DEA, Health Insurance
Moving expenses $10,000
