Physician Assistant Philadelphia, PA 19134 (NE Philly)

Salary 115k

We are looking for a Family Practice PA to join our well-established and growing Family Practice office in Philadelphia, PA. We are looking for a PA who can treat acute and chronic conditions, provide up to date services/care, and help our patients reach their health and wellness goals.

We are a well-established, reputable Family Practice with a longstanding presence within the community, providing thorough, detailed, and complete care since 1977. Our knowledgeable and compassionate staff and support team provide high quality care, solely within our outpatient practice, with no hospital rounds/inpatient care.

Duties:

  • Patient exams/HPI (review pertinent medical records/imaging/labs)
  • Diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic health issues
  • Management of Diabetes, Hypertension, Heart disease, Thyroid, Obesity, Vascular disease, Mental Health-Anxiety/Depression, Arthritis
  • Minor Procedures to include: Electrodessication of skin tags/small lesions, I &D of cysts, Small joint steroid injections (Knee-Shoulder), Irrigation of ear wax, Redress wounds/wound care
  • Timely and accurate documentation/Progress notes
  • Patient follow up and care
  • Patient education
  • Order/review Labs/Imaging
  • Referral for therapies/physicians when necessary

Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday
