- Schedule: 4 day work week, 8-10 Hour Days
- Duties - Assessment on Patients, Plan for Care, Education, Treatment Plans, and Med Management
- Certified in ACLS, BLS
- Active DEA
- Patients 25 per day - Outpatient
- Salary is DOE, Benefits, 401K Matching
- Ohio License in the Process, or in Hand
- Vaccinated
