OPEN POSITION:
Physician Assistant - Otolaryngology (ENT)
SCHEDULE:
- Full-Time
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00am to 5:00pm
- No Nights, Weekends, or On-Call
COMPENSATION:
- $115,000 to $130,000 Base Salary, negotiable based upon experience
- $15,000 to $20,000 Annual Bonus Potential
- Malpractice Insurance
- Health Insurance
- $100 Monthly Employer HSA Contribution

LOCATIONS:
- Goodyear, Arizona (3 to 4 Days per Week)
- Sun City, Arizona (1 to 2 Days per Week)
COMPANY PROFILE:
This thriving private ENT practice opened in 2011 and is currently hiring due to growth. They employ 1 physician, 1 nurse practitioner, and 1 physician assistant, with the physician-owner also working in a surgical capacity. They see patients for a variety of ear, nose, and throat concerns, such as breathing problems, ear infections, sleep apnea, and more.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This is an all-ages outpatient ENT position. The physicians focus primarily on surgical duties and are seeking a new physician assistant to focus on office visits.
The new PA will see an average of 25 patients per day. This is a highly supported role, with both a dedicated medical assistant and scribe.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- patient consultations
- diagnosis and treatment of ENT conditions
- follow-up visits
- care plan management and creation
- referring to in-house surgeon
Patients are seen for needs such as:
- ear tubes
- thyroid concerns
- swollen lymph nodes
- breathing problems
- sleep apnea
- deviated septum
The practice uses the eClinicalWorks EHR.
The new PA will see patients in both the Goodyear and Sun City West offices. They will be scheduled in Goodyear 3 to 4 days per week and Sun City 1 to 2 days per week. The offices are approximately a 20-minute drive door-to-door.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Arizona PA license
- DEA
- 1+ year experience specifically in ENT
