We are seeking a PA/ Np or a Psychiatrist for a practice in Brooklyn NY
3 years or more experience in mental health treatment
independent or self starter
thinker who is excited about the big picture of whole community health and the ongoing evaluation and iteration of the newest care model
Looking for candidates who have worked in a team approach atmosphere
High tech experience is very helpful as we evaluate towards new, better quality
care.
Position includes behavior health assessments, diagnosis treatment recommendations, treatment planning, and follow up.
This role will provide direct services and clinical expertise to patients in Brooklyn. Social challenges of high-risk high need populations living in urban neighborhoods. You will be there care provider in the hub.
