Your Role with the Company:

• 
  
• 32 hours/week. Monday - Thursday, no weekends
  
• The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for Primary Care services and Occupational Medicine service, supporting individual lifestyle changes, and helping individuals manage their chronic conditions. Strong emphasis on health outcomes, not patient volume and billing.
  
• Each patient visit is 30 minutes - 60 minute
  
• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will be working independently
  

Background Profile:

• 
  
• Nurse Practitioner, APRN, Physician Assistant, PA-C
  
• 3+ years of NP or PA experience in Primary Care or Occupational Medicine
  
• DOT preferred, but not required
