Job Description
Cross Country Locums is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to help cover an Occupational Medicine need in the Washington County, WI.
Requirements: Active WI license, DEA, DOT Certification & 3 years experience
Dates: 2/24/2022 and 2/28/2022
Coverage Schedule: Monday/Wednesday (8am - 5pm), Tuesday/Thursday (9am - 6pm), & Friday (7am - 4pm)
Duties: Wellness visits, Employee Physicals, Etc.
