An established group in southern California is seeking an OCC MED Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team. Incoming candidate will give routine care of primary care to homebound patients, but this is NOT home health services - requires strong knowledge of diagnosis coding and HCCs and traveling to patients homes and assisted living facilities. Schedule will vary. Provider can expect to see mostly adult patients, but it can vary as well. Spanish speaking is ideal, but not required. Start date is asap, so active California license is also ideal. Competitive Salary DOE and Comprehensive benefits package including sign on bonus and relocation assistance.
